Tour Timeline

Day 1 : : Drive to Dakhala

Drive from Luxor City towards Kharga Oasis. Visit at Hibis Temple and the Necropolis of Bagawat, with lunch. Continue to Dakhla Oasis; check in at Badawiya Dakhla Hotel, dinner and overnight, and you can enjoy the hot spring inside the hotel.

Day 2 : : Drive to Farafra

After breakfast, visit at Al Qasr (old Islamic city). Then will drive towards Farafra Oasis through the Great Sand Sea with lunch. Continue to Farafra Oasis. Check in at Badawiya Hotel Farafra. After dinner will enjoy a hot bath in Bir Setta (hot spring). Back to the hotel and overnight

Day 3 : : Visit the white desert

After breakfast, will drive to the White Desert. Will visit at Guweirat El Tin and Tabali. Lunch on the way. Continue driving in the White Desert, back to hotel for dinner and overnight

Day 4 : : The white desert jeep safari

After Breakfast, rive in the White Desert and will visit at El Khayyam and Santa. Lunch on the way continue to the famous Mushroom, back to hotel enjoy the camp fire cooked dinner while listening to the Bedouin music, overnight at the hotel

Day 5 : : Back to Cairo

After breakfast, we meet the minibus and drive to Cairo City. We take a little break at the Crystal Mountain and Black Desert, and then we proceed and have our lunch at local restaurant in Bahariya Oasis. Continue driving towards Cairo City, arrival before sunset.

What will I do for meals?

Food is a great way to learn more about a destination. We try to keep meals flexible wherever possible; we include Bed & Breakfast accommodation rather than half or full board. This way you have flexibility to eat where and when you want, and to explore the culture and Egyptian cuisine. Our guides are always on-hand to make their recommendations, and of course you can choose to eat with all or some of your group or travelling companion or on your own. The choice is yours.

Will there be any time to explore on my own?

Everyone travels differently so we’ve graded our trips according to pace. Some travelers like to squeeze everything they can out of each day, while others like to have time to relax and enjoy the view. Our trips build in plenty of free time, with opportunity to immerse yourself in the local surroundings. 'Moderate' trips combine fuller days with some down time too, our trips include busy days and some early starts, but all trips are full of amazing experiences. We offer some optional tours activities if you feel you need some additional down time.

What is solo travel like?

Our tours are ideal for solo travelers – around half of the travelers are usually travelling on their own. Our carefully-planned itineraries and expert tour guides mean you can relax and everything is taken care of. Our groups are small, informal, welcoming and fun. You’ll be sharing once-in-a-lifetime experiences with similar people; some will be fellow solo travelers; others will be couples or friends who are travelling together.
