Saladin Citadel & Muizz Street Day tour

Our representative pick you up from the hotel and will drive to Saladin Citadel, situated on Muqattam Hill with wonderful views over Cairo. The main feature of the Citadel is the mosque of Mohammed Ali built as a replica of the magnificent Blue Mosque in Istanbul. The Citadel complex encompasses several mosques, the Gawhara Palace, and the Police and Military Museums. Lunch is optional at a local restaurant. 

 The next visit will be to  Al-Muizz Street and Khan El Khalili bazaar which is the largest bazaar (market) in the Middle East. now grown to vast proportions. As you wander through the labyrinth of narrow streets you will find workshops and stalls selling all manner of things from woodwork, glassware, and leather goods to perfumes, fabrics, and Pharaonic curiosities. It is also one of the most visited places on Cairo Day trips.
