Tour Timeline

Day 1 : : Arrive Cairo

Pick up at the Cairo Airport and transfer to a hotel in Cairo

Day 2 : : Travel to Farafra

Drive from Cairo to Farafra (560 km) by minibus. Lunch break on the way (at local restaurant). We arrive at Farafra, dinner and accommodation at El Badawiya Hotel, built in traditional Egyptian style. Before sleeping, we will bathe in the hot spring Bir Setta just outside the oasis.

Day 3 : : cooking class

Free day at El Badawiya Hotel.to enjoy the hotel swimming pool, visit the old part of the town, enjoy cup of tea at a local coffee shop and meet local Bedouin, visit a Bedouin family and share their daily activity, Bedouin Lunch , cooking class ( 1 hour) back to hotel , dinner and overnight at the hotel

Day 4 : : Camel Safari

After breakfast drive from Farafra to Bir Regwa, where we meet the camels and get acquainted with handling and riding them. We start with the camels to the White Desert. On the way, we have lunch at the famous Mushrooms, then we enter further into the desert to the White House (approx. 20 km).

Day 5 : : Camel Ride at the White desert

After breakfast we ride from the White House to El Akabat. After lunch in Wadi El Nagfi, we go to El Chur Cave, back to hotel where we have dinner and stay overnight (approx. 35 km).

Day 6 : : At the White desert

After breakfast we ride to Barani (approx. 25 km). Lunch on the way. After all back to hotel and enjoy an unforgettable sunset, we enjoy the stew prepared on the open fire with Bedouin music and sleep under the stars at our Bedouin corner.

Day 7 : : Camel Safari

After breakfast we ride to Guani (approx. 20 km), lunch, dinner, hotel overnight

Day 8 : : day at Farafra

After breakfast we ride from Guani, Al-Khur, Ein El-Wadi to Bir Regwa the starting point of our trip. We say good-bye to the camels, get into the cars and drive back to Farafra. Dinner and overnight at El Badawiya Hotel.

Day 9 : : At Farafra Oasis

Free day at El Badawiya Hotel. Visit at the Farafra Art Museum. Walk in the palm tree gardens around the oasis, lunch. In the evening bath in the hot spring Bir Setta

Day 10 : : Tour Ends in Cairo

After breakfast we return to Cairo by minibus. We take a little break at the Crystal Mountain, then we proceed and have our lunch at local restaurant. We continue and take another little break at the Black Desert. Arrival at Cairo before sunset and transfer to the airport.
