Day 1: Arrival

arrival Cairo International Airport our representatives will welcome and  assist you through immigration and customs  and escort you to hotel, arrive to hotel check in at hotel  and if times allow our rep will help you to chose one of our optional excursions or just enjoy your time in hotel , overnight at hotel.

Day 2: Cairo  

After breakfast at the hotel full day guided tour to the largest structures ever built and It is the only one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World still in existence the Pyramids of Giza and the Great Sphinx, After lunch at a local restaurant then you will be taken to the ancient capital of Egypt: Memphis from there to Sakkara where is the oldest pyramid ever built. It was built for King Djoser of the 3rd Dynasty by the architect and genius Imhotep You will also get the chance to see some fantastic Mastabas before heading off back to hotel.

Day 3 : Cairo

After breakfast at the hotel is followed by another full day guided tour, start with the Egyptian Museum: the home to an extensive collection of ancient Egyptian antiquities. It has 120,000 items from various Pharaonic families. After lunch, at a local restaurant, another place you will see which is the Citadel of Saladin, which considered the legend of the modern history (its stones back to pharos time , built by Saladin inhabited by lots of khedives and kings famous by the alabaster mosque of Mohamed Ali ). It is now a preserved historic site. Lastly to the holy Cairo or Coptic Cairo ( famous Churches ) including: The Hanging Church “ It is the oldest of the lot, as its establishment dates back to the third century”.  and the Church of St. George the Martyr, 2 churches built into the walls of the Fort of Babylon and its remains could be Cairo’s oldest structures; and the Church of Abu Serga,. It is built over the traditional site of a cave said to have sheltered the Holy Family during their sojourn in the area.

Day 4: Nile cruise: Aswan

After breakfast, check out of the hotel and our representative will escort you to the airport for your flight to Aswan. Upon arrival you will be transferred to your cruise boat: your floating hotel for your next 4 days.

Cruise Program will start after lunch by guided tour to the High Dam, the world’s largest rock filled dam, and the Temple of Philae Island which was a rocky island in the middle of the River Nile, south of Aswan. It was also known by the Greek “Elephantine”, most probably because it was an important center of trade, especially for ivory, moved to the island of Agilika after the waters of Lake Nasser flooded its original location. It is then back to Aswan to rejoin your cruise, dinner will be served.

You may choose to fly to Abu Simbel to see these marvelous temples, which were originally carved out of a rocky mountainside by Ramses II. You can either go by flight: (flight duration 45 minutes each flight leg), or by coach 3 hours drive to the temple 2 hours visit and 3 hours drive back .

Day 5: Nile cruise: Kom Ombo and Edfu

The boat sails genteelly towards Kom Ombo, where you will visit the Temple of Kom Ombo, is an unusual double temple in the town of Kom Ombo. After the visit you will be taken back to the boat for your lunch while it sails towards Edfu, The temple of Edfu is the largest temple dedicated to Horus and Hathor of Dendera. It was the center of several festivals sacred to Horus each year. It is then back to the boat and you can watch as it departs Edfu and sails for Esna.

Once you reach Esna you will watch as it sails through the Esna locks. Once through the locks the boat continues on its course towards Luxor, which it will reach after you have had dinner.

Day 6: Nile cruise: Luxor

An early breakfast and then it is time to visit the West Bank of Luxor which had been the site of royal burials since around 2100 BC where you will visit the Valley of the Kings : where you will see the tombs of the New Kingdom Pharaohs and the Valley of Queens which  contains at least 75 tombs that belonged to queens of the 19th and 20th dynasties as well as other members of the royal families, including princesses and the Ramses princes .then  you will visit  the magnificent Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir El Bahri finally Colossi of Memnon then you will go back to the boat for lunch .

After lunch another visit to the magnificent Karnak, It is believed to be the second most visited historical site in Egypt and Luxor Temples: this temple is a strikingly graceful monument in the heart of the modern town.

Day 7: Nile cruise: Luxor

After breakfast you will check out then you will be transferred to Luxor airport to your flight to Cairo.Upon arrival our representative will assist and transfer you to your hotel

Day 8 :Final departure

Your final day starts with breakfast at the hotel followed by check-out. You will then be transferred to the airport for your final departure.

Notes:

  • Cruise program could be changed due to cruise line program or navigational circumstances; but the visits will remain the same.
  • The above is only an offer and we are not holding any booking. Booking would be subject to availability once confirmed by you along with the date of travel and guest details.
  • Children are subject to charges as per hotel and cruise boat rules; i.e. there is no charge for children under 2 years of age at the end of package, and children under 12 years of age, at the end of the package, have a reduction of 50%.
